Rotational symmetry testing system:

Diabolos are checked for rotational symmetry ✅

A total of 30 pellets are examined by hand for rotational symmetry

For the following parameters :

• Checking the axial symmetry of the outer edges are symmetrical to the axis
• Slanted or damaged cup

Manufacturing defect slanted cup

• Cup symmetrical or asymmetrical
• Checking the head plate Head cone Head plate Symmetrical or asymmetrical

This check is carried out manually for each batch number using a testing device on 6% of the Tin of pellet contents, which corresponds to 30 pellets.

If many inconsistencies are found, the tin of pellet is not included in the sorting process for the exact milligram weight.
